As you enter “Chah e haj Mirza” you would stop step by step not to lose the beautiful object of this personal museum. More than a million antique and ancient tools are hanged there.
At first, it was like a caravanserai which was called “Khaste khane “. It means place for tired people to rest and recover them self. It was constructed by Haz Mirza Nafi and as he endowed the well that he has made there it is known as Chahe Haj Mirza: Haz Mirza’s Well. It is also called "Azadegan cafe".
it becomes a café since 1320 by Haj Mohammad Ali Khaje and now is directed by his sons. His ancestor was one of the Safavid eunuchs that is why his last name is “Khajeh’ which means eunuch. He was an antique lover and collector that collect this wonderful object. each one has a story and is a symbol of Persian culture.
There are enormous objects but the menu is limited and the best choice for meals could be Abgosht which is a well-known Persian food. if you went there try Dough Va Goshfill which has a unique test.
it is located at Isfahan Bazaar, Nagheshe Jahan square . to get to this cafe go to Ahangar ha bazzar it may be hard to find it through the different valley of this bazaar and you have to ask locals.
