Chelo ) rice ) is a common dish in Iran and Dizi is another famous food that you can find all over Iran .the mixture of these two delicious food is something that you should try. The origin of this food is from a village in Kashan called Kahled Abad. If you like to try it at home you should first make Dizi by meat, cowpea or black-eyed pea, onion, and turmeric. Let it bake slowly. Put your rice in cold water for hours. when the meat is backed well add the rice and some water into the pot, mix it a bit and let it bake.
It is served with Persian local traditional yogurt called Mast.
