Drinking tea is a habit for Iranian and usually, they drink herbal teas with cub sugar. Isfahanian try to eat less sugar with same sweetness so they use “Nabat” or special thin candy “Poolaki”. Nabat could be found all over Iran and it is produced by saturated water by sugar. They hang a yarn in it and leave it for hours so the beautiful crystal will compose. This candy have special place in traditional medicine.
When the crystallization is finished the process of making Poolaki will start. Poolaki is usually in round shape like little coins right after you put it in your mouth it starts dissolving.
